Giraffe Childcare operates 29 creches in Dublin and expanded its presence further through the acquisition of two creches based in Rathgar and Lucan. The creches were sold in shell and core condition by Cairn Homes and comprise of 12,583sq ft.

TQM Fitout have successfully completed the creche fitout at Marianella, Rathgar and we are delighted to be on site having started the creche fitout at Shackelton Mill, Lucan. The Shackelton project is an 8,000 sq. ft high-end construction providing a childcare service for the parents of children in West Dublin.
