In 2024, TQM Fitout collaborated with the construction team at Murlock Construction to complete an 8,200 sq. ft. refurbishment project at Unit 253, Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Dublin, for our longstanding client Channor Real Estate Group. The unit successfully received an upgrade to meet NZEB requirements achieving an A3 BER rating for a commercial building.
